Application:
It is suitable for national circular economy parks, national urban mineral demonstration bases, waste steel processing and distribution centers ( bases) , steel and non- ferrous metal industries, scrapped car dis- mantling and remanufacturing enterprises, etc. The scrapped car bodies, low- carbon thin steel or blocks, and waste household appliances are processed through the crushing system to remove impurities such as paint film. Then, through the sorting system, black metal, non- ferrous metal, and non- metallic materials are separated, resulting in crushed steel products with a stacking density of about 1 . 2 t/ m^ 3.

The value after shredding:
1 . Meet the requirements of electric furnace steelmaking for the feeding of fine materials: low sulfur and phosphorus content of the products, and stable chemical composition of the molten steel.
2 . Shorten the smelting time: fewer feeding times, higher feeding density, and uniform heating in the furnace.
3 . Energy saving and emission reduction: by using 1 ton of waste steel, it can replace 1 . 6 tons of iron powder, save 1 ton of raw coal, 1 . 7 tons of fresh water, reduce 1 . 6 tons of CO2 emissions, and reduce 3 tons of waste slag emissions.

The components of shredder line:
1 Feeding system: mainly composed of chain plate feeding conveyor ( or crawler feeding conveyor) , can be equipped with pre- crusher, steel grabbing machine, etc. , to complete the automatic feeding of the production line.
2 The main machine of the crusher is mainly composed of a feed chute with a hydraulic roller, a main engine, a pull- out machine, a spindle , a high- pressure motor drive device, etc. , which is the core component of the production line.
3 The discharge system mainly consists of a crushed material vibrating feeder, a magnetic material belt conveyor, a non- magnetic material belt conveyor, a waste steel stacking belt conveyor, etc. , to sep-
arate, classify, and stack crushed steel and non- magnetic materials.
4 The magnetic separation system consists of an overhead magnetic drum and an armored iron remover, which separates magnetic materials from non- magnetic materials.
5 Dust removal system ( optional) : mainly used to remove dust generated in crushing and magnetic separation of materials, ensuring clean production line and meeting environmental requirements.
6 Non- ferrous sorting system ( optional) : mainly used to sort garbage, non- ferrous metals, plastics, etc. in non- magnetic materials, achieving full utilization and efficient recycling.
